Some energy healing moves to help you keep your resolutions in 2021!

Did you make your new year’s resolutions yet? Would you like help in keeping them? If you are trying to stop a “negative behavior” (i.e., something you do when you are stressed/angry/panicked that you KNOW is not good for you, like smoking or biting your nails) then this is for you!
I have been there and I know it isn’t easy but I have things I can teach you that will help. There will also be a question/answer session at the end of this meeting.
